Event Rentals

All of the basics for your special event!

We offer individual items for rent as well as weekend and weekday packages. Note that our larger tents must be set up by our trained crew as special equipment is required. We currently have tent availabilty for sit-down events of 100 people or less. Use the Rental Request Form to book your equipment.

Pick the items you need and drop us an email at . We will get back to you ASAP with availability and pricing. Please include the days you require the equipment, the location (if delivery is required, which it is for marquee tents), any other pertinent details, and your contact information.

If you are setting up for a larger function, we can help you with your layout and seating capacity.

Midweek and Weekend Packages are available that include a marquee tent, tables, and chairs for one flat rate over several days, so you do not have to worry about counting hours.


Delivery and Set-up

Our prices on marquee tent rentals include delivery and setup within a 65km radius of Bellevue, AB. Outside of this area, additional mileage charges will apply.

We can deliver all of our rental items throughout southwest Alberta for an additional fee.

Marquee tents must be set up by our crew, and also require a site inspection and Alberta One Call report if spikes are to be used. If the ground does not allow for spikes, we require a water source in order to fill water weights. Anchoring with weights or spikes are always required, especially in southern Alberta! Note that these tents are rated to a maximum of 80km/hour winds.

Market tents can be set up by two people who can follow instructions. Market tents must be either staked or weighted when used outdoors.


Backdrops and Displays

If you need a custom backdrop for your wedding or other special event, we can design and order one for you! We typically require four weeks from the approval date of the design to get the goods in hand.


What About Linens and Place Settings?

We just do the shelters, tables, and chairs. If you require linens and other settings, we can point you to area resources. These items can typically be provided by your caterer.
